Embracing You in a nutshell:
• The album is dedicated to my wife and kids. It's a family album
• I'm playing piano, synths, mellotron & celesta on it. And I'm whistling
• I wrote eight of the pieces. Wayne Shorter, John Taylor & Thelonious Monk wrote the rest
• It was recorded on four different sessions in three studios between Summer 2020 and Spring 2021
• Recording engineers were Oliver Bergner, Eva Pöpplein & Oliver Lutz
• I produced the record myself, my friend Jason Seizer co-produced it
• It was mixed by Rob Griffin & mastered by Christoph Stickel
• Singer/songwriter Chris Weisman wrote in-depth liner notes
• My friend Nadine Heller Menzel took beautiful photos
• The artwork was designed by my friend / PHI producer Till Kammertöns
